Hi, this is an anniversary card I made for my friend that commissioned the "sailing" card. I know orange is not a typical anniversary color, but I was looking for some elegant paper out of my stash, and this jumped out at me. As you can see this is Mo's image called "Young Love". Aren't they an adorable pair. I know when I see older couples walking together almost holding each other up, that I'm almost moved to tears. It is such an awe-inspiring sight.
I'm really pleased how the inside turned out, too. I feel that it could almost be a card in itself. When you open the card up this is what you see first:
This is the top half where I would leave a personal message. This time I chose to be simple and just stamp "Happy Anniversary".
This is the bottom half on the inside of the card. This is a message that you may have seen before, as I've used it a time or two.
If you open up the scalloped paper you will see this cute image, also from Mo's. They are called Brady and Chloe. I thought they we really cute too.
The supplies I've used are:
Doily - Cheery Lynn
Flowers, pearls, gems, butterfly, charm, ribbon - Michaels
Punch - MS
Nestibility - Spellbinders
